Manson was our oral English teacher in the middle school. 英語是國際上通用的語言，但是在展開小學英語教學時，依舊要先把英語翻譯成中文，學生才能進行學習，只有英語也不能提高學生的英語水平，應該注重兩種語言的結合，才能保證英語教學的高效性。雙語教學并不是一個新的概念，很多學生在入學之前就接受了這種教學，大部分幼兒園都會展開雙語教學，這種教學方式實施起來是比較容易的。學生能很快接受這種教學形式，教師就應該努力為學生創(chuàng)建雙語學習的環(huán)境，盡可能讓學生多處于雙語的環(huán)境中，學生才能有更多的時間學習英語，才能學到更多的英語知識。為了達到這種效果，教師應該和學校的相關負責人進行溝通，不僅要在教室里布置雙語學習的環(huán)境，在整個學校都應該營造這種氛圍，學校的公共標識、警告語、宣傳等都用雙語進行表達，就能讓學生在無形中學到很多英語單詞和句子。教師也可以結合當前的節(jié)日、新聞事件為學生創(chuàng)建雙語環(huán)境，讓學生能從多方面學習英語，拓展學生學習英語的途徑，能有效提高學生的英語水平。教師節(jié)對于學校來說是一個非常重要的節(jié)日，也是學生非常重視的節(jié)日，在這個節(jié)日期間，每個班級的板報都會和教師有關系，學校內也會有很多教師節(jié)的宣傳和標語，教師就可以利用這次機會為學生創(chuàng)建一個雙語學習的環(huán)境。每年這個時候，學校都會出現很多“教師節(jié)快樂”的字眼，英語教師和學校溝通以后，在這些字下邊都加上了“Hap-pyteacher’day”的英語句子，讓學生在幫助教師慶祝教師節(jié)的同時也學到了一句英語。同時，也可以加上“Dearteacher，Thankyouforworkingsohard”、“Wealllikehavingyoua-sourteacher，Youhaveourrespectandgratefulness”等話，既能加強教師節(jié)的氣氛，也達到了英語教學的目的。
二、建立有趣的英語情景
語言是一種奇妙的東西，可以用來溝通、記錄、發(fā)現，有了語言，人類才能得以發(fā)展，得以進步，英語也是如此。很多學生對英語有所誤解，總是認為英語是一門枯燥的課程，總是有很多東西需要記憶，有很多東西需要默寫，這是因為學生沒有得到良好的英語教育，教育者沒有讓學生看到英語有趣的內容，反而加大了學習英語的難度，從而讓學生產生了排斥心理。展開英語教學的手段并不只有背單詞、背句子而已，英語可以通過歌曲、電影、游戲等多種方式進行傳播，教師也可以利用這些方式進行教學，選取學生感興趣的英語模塊，讓學生就能從枯燥、緊張、機械的學習狀態(tài)中走出來，得到適當的緩解，還能對英語產生濃厚的興趣，從而提高自身的學習效率。教師在運用教材以外的教學資源時，應該注重篩選資源的可利用性，不僅要有學生可以學習的內容，也要有科學性和教育性，才能保證小學英語教學的嚴謹性。小學生應該學會人體部位的英語單詞，教師一般會結合圖示讓學生進行記憶，為了緩解學生的學習壓力，幫助學生放松，同時鞏固學生學習的基礎，教師給學生播放了《Headandshoulder》，這一首歌的歌詞就是由這些身體部位的單詞組成的。“Headandshouldersknessandtoes，Kneesandtoeskneesandtoes，Eyesearsmouthandnose”就是這首歌的主要歌詞，這首歌的氣氛非常歡快，除了有大人的演唱，還有小孩子的朗讀，學生聽的過程中，不僅能被這種氣氛所感染，同時還能記住這些單詞，能在一個愉快的情境下學習英語知識。
三、提高運用英語知識的頻率
